When
submitting an order to Terra Jeweller, you are entering into a
contract with Terra Jeweller to supply you with handmade jewellery
items as described in the product details. This contract will become
binding upon our acceptance via email of your order. In the rare
circumstance of the product you ordered not being available, we will
contact you as soon as possible to discuss the appropriate action (i.e. a
full refund or a substitute product incurring a part refund or extra
payment as required). When ordering rings on line it is the customers
responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size.
Components
All
jewellery displayed on this site has been handmade by Hywel Evans.
Items are made with metal, hardwood and resin. Ring cores are made with 304 stainless steel. Other metals such as sterling silver (0.925), fine silver (0.999), copper or brass may be included in some designs. Some pieces may
feature pre-made components, such as clasps and chains.

taken will be what we deem to be a clear representation of the product.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the
colours and images of our products which appear in the store. We cannot
guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be
accurate. Due to the handmade nature of jewellery we reserve the right
to sell items with minor differences to the products photographed where
the original item in the photograph is no longer available.
Prices and Payment
Prices are clearly stated for each item and do not include VAT, as Terra Jewelle is not a VAT registered company.
Payment is through PayPal or credit card.
Packaging
Our
jewellery is packaged in gift boxes of an appropriate size
for the item(s). Items are wrapped in tissue paper and boxed for shipping.
