
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with all purchases, so please do contact us immediately if for any reason you are not completely happy. If you do wish to return an item, then you will need to contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note: We are not able to accept the return of personalised or monogrammed items, nor are we able to accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will acknowledge receipt and confirm approval of your refund by email. Your refund will then be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5 working days (subject to usual banking process).
Return Shipping
To return your item(s), you should address them to: Terra, 2 Edgcumbe Park Road, Plymouth, Devon PL3 4NL.
Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and using the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. However we will refund your shipping cost if returning due to a fault or an error on our part.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which offers compensation for loss or damage. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
